If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. For food items, please return the unused portion for a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept empty food containers for refunds. Please follow these steps for returns:

Please fill out the Return/Exchange form that accompanied your order. If you do not have the Return form, please send a copy of your Pack List. Please tell us why you are returning the product.

Wrap the package securely, using the box in which your order arrived, if possible

Place the pre-addressed UPS Return label that is included with your order on the outside of the box and call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). UPS will arrange a convenient time and place for pickup.

All cost associated with the return is paid for by Buffalo Trace

For those whose delivery was to a P.O. Box, please follow the same procedures as for UPS deliveries. You will have to take your package to UPS or to a designated UPS drop point.

Exchanges
