If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. For food items, please return the unused portion for a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept empty food containers for refunds. Please follow these steps for returns:

Please e-mail us at giftshop@buffalotrace.com to tell us that you would like to return a product or products. Please indicate your order number and tell us why you are returning the product.

We will send you a return Fed Ex label. Please include the invoice that accompanied your order to indicate which products you are returning. Wrap the package securely, using the box in which your order arrived, if possible.

Drop the package at any Fed Ex drop off location. You may also call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) and Fed Ex will assist you in finding a convenient drop off location.

All cost associated with the return is paid for by Buffalo Trace Distillery Visitor Center.
