DISTILLERY TOUR HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. year-round Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. year-round Tours start on the hour. Other times may be arranged by appointment. The distillery is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.   Individuals and groups are welcome to a complimentary guided tour during the distillery's visitor hours.
