 From Louisville: I- 64 East toward Frankfort. Exit #53B/US 127 North. Go North on US 127 North for 5 miles. Turn Left onto 421 South (still 127 North/ also Wilkinson Blvd) directly after you cross the Kentucky River and see the Capital Plaza Hotel in front of you. The Buffalo Trace Distillery will be on the left in one mile. Look for the Buffalo Trace water tower and turn left through the big stone gates onto Great Buffalo Trace. From Cincinnati: I-75 South to I-64 West. Exit 58 and turn right off of the exit ramp. You will be on US-60 West. Go straight about 5.5 miles. Do not make any turns. This road also becomes 421-North/and US 127 South and Wilkinson Blvd. Buffalo Trace Distillery will be on your right.
